Retirement Complex
Hill Side Residential Retirement Complex
This particular complex grows alongside a man-made limit such as the main road. Its scheme is divided into three large sections that are confirmed by retirement houses and ambulatory homes. The limits of each area are established by natural elements such as the small river, and by large, complementary buildings. |
Abundant greenery reinforces the limits set by the river and creates a common garden, that fades gradually as tres get closer to the development.
Accented pavings and man-made ponds articulate the smaller systems that form each one of the larger areas of the complex. The colour palette of the greenery remains constant in order to unify the design scheme.
