​This resort recreates the concept of a small archipelago, which remains isolated from the world but at the same time is accessible from the mainland. Following this scheme, the largest island hosts the common areas and public buildings, while the small houses act like the smaller and more isolated islands, only reachable by means of a boat or the pathways that bind them together.

 Each group of houses conform its own system of public and private spaces. This without losing their character as small private villas for each guest.
